Leonie, a driven 20-year-old cyclist from the Netherlands, has been strengthening the AG Insurance - Soudal team since April 2024, while also continuing to demonstrate her fierce competitive spirit in cyclocross with Pauwels Sauzen – Bingoal. Her cycling career began when she participated in a 'Dikke Banden Race' in her village at the age of seven, an experience that ignited her love for the sport and led her to join the local cycling club. By the age of twelve, she had started cyclocross, quickly proving to be a natural talent.

Leonie's passion for cycling is deep-rooted; her childhood dream of making the sport her life has now become a reality. She trains with passion and continually strives to improve herself, both on the muddy cyclocross courses and the challenging routes in road racing.
