Sarah Gigante grew up in Australia in an active and adventurous family with a passion for cycling. Every year, they participated in a nine-day cycling and camping tour, sparking Sarah’s love for the sport. At just eight years old, she decided to complete the tour on her own bike, which led her to the velodrome in Melbourne and ignited her passion for cycling.
2024 was an excellent start for Sarah, highlighted by her victory at the Tour Down Under, where she claimed both the third stage and the overall classification. Sarah is a versatile rider with a passion for climbing and time trialing. In 2025, she aims to continue her progress, reach new heights, and support her team in challenging races.
