AG Insurance – Soudal's U23 Team takes on the Scheldeprijs

In the fourth edition of the Scheldeprijs, a flat classic that accelerates the hearts of sprinters, the U23 team of AG Insurance – Soudal will look to impress. Febe Jooris, Jade Linthoudt, Laura Lizette Sander, Margot Marasco, Mirre Knaven, and Noëlle Rüetschi will represent the team in Schoten.

This race, starting and finishing on Churchilllaan in Schoten and covering a total distance of 130.5 kilometers, takes the riders through the open plains in the north of Belgium, where the wind plays a significant role. Once the riders return to Schoten, three local laps of 17 kilometers each await them.

Febe Jooris looks forward to the Scheldeprijs: “With a strong field of participants at the start, we will do everything we can to make our mark in this race. The Scheldeprijs is traditionally a sprinters' race, and we expect this year to be no different. However, the wind could be a deciding factor and might thin out the peloton to a smaller group. We are putting everything into being represented in that leading group and fully seizing our opportunities.
