On Wednesday, March 12, the riders of AG Insurance – Soudal will take on GP Oetingen. This Belgian one-day race starts in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw and finishes in Oetingen after 127,9 kilometers. The course features six local laps, with cobbled sections and challenging climbs such as the Congoberg, Rensberg, and Zavelberg adding to the race’s selectivity.

AG Insurance – Soudal heads to GP Oetingen with a motivated team, consisting of Alana Castrique, Anya Louw, Fauve Bastiaenssen, Ilse Pluimers, Marthe Goossens, and Nicole Steigenga. Additionally, Billy Goossens, who is part of the U23 team, joins the lineup. This is a great opportunity for her to prove herself at this level, and she will also be racing alongside her sister, Marthe.

"GP Oetingen is a new cobbled race on the calendar. We had a strong performance in Le Samyn, so our goal is to maintain that level and build on it. Having the two sisters at the start might add some extra motivation. We want to race proactively and put ourselves in a strong position heading into the final with Ilse and Nicole," said sports director Stijn Steels.
