On Saturday, February 1, after a series of strong performances in Australia, AG Insurance – Soudal is set to compete in their final race on Australian soil: the eighth edition of the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race. This race takes place in and around Geelong and covers a challenging 141.8-kilometer course.

A key point in the race is the Challambra Crescent, a Category 4 climb that the riders will tackle for the first time at 111.8 kilometers. With a maximum gradient of 16.8%, this climb is sure to shake up the race. Shortly after this first ascent, the finish line will be crossed for the first time. In the final phase of the race, the riders will face a second ascent of the Challambra Crescent, before fighting for the win in Geelong.

For this race, AG Insurance – Soudal relies on a strong lineup, consisting of Justine Ghekiere, Anya Louw, Alexandra Manly, Gaia Masetti, Nicole Steigenga, and Julie Van De Velde.
