AG Insurance - Soudal’s adventure in Australia continues

AG Insurance - Soudal has had a solid month of January so far; Mireia Benito finished ninth overall at the Tour Down Under, while Alexandra Manly concluded just off the podium in Tanunda, at the second edition of the Down Under Women’s one-day race.

Before returning to Europe, the team will take on two more events, Surf Coast Classic and the Cadel Evans Road Race, scheduled next week. The first of these, despite some hills in the first part and a rolling terrain on the way to the finish in Torquay, should come down to a bunch sprint, just like last year. On the other hand, the Cadel Evans Road Race and its course punctuated by several hills will be the perfect opportunity for the puncheurs and attackers to try their chance.

AG Insurance - Soudal will be present at the start of these two races with Fauve Bastiaenssen, Mireia Benito, Ania Louw, Alexandra Manly, Nicole Steigenga and Julie Van De Velde.
