Fee sprints to victory in Kontich

Fee Knaven once again manages to secure a win in Ronde van Kontich. A two-day race covering 63 kilometers (10 laps) for juniors on Belgian soil. After two laps, four riders, including Fee Knaven, Belgian champion Helene Hesters, Anna Bruneel, and Nikky Souren, initiated the attack and maintained their lead until the end, where they had to compete against each other in a sprint for the victory.
"We quickly broke away with four juniors - Helene Hesters, Nikki Souren, Anna Bruneel, and myself. We were able to sustain this with good teamwork, maintaining a three-minute lead over the peloton. I knew early on that it would culminate in a sprint. At 1.5 kilometers from the finish, someone attempted another attack, but it proved unsuccessful. Ultimately, I was able to finish it off in the sprint, and of course, I'm very pleased with that!", said Fee after her victory.
