This weekend marks the 21st edition of the Grand Prix de Chambéry, a prestigious one-day cycling race that brings the streets of the French city of Chambéry to life. AG Insurance - Soudal is proud to appear at the start with both the U23 and U19 teams.

Since 2003, this race has been held annually in Savoie, under the organization of Chambéry Cyclisme Organisation. With its addition to the UCI calendar in 2021 as a 1.2-category race and previous commitments to the Coupe de France for women, the Grand Prix de Chambéry is known for its challenging routes and strong field of participants.

Sunday promises to be an exciting day with two races, both starting and finishing at Place Paul Vachez. The U19 junior team of AG Insurance - Soudal takes on an 80-kilometer challenge over an 8-kilometer circuit that is completed ten times. The U23 team, on the other hand, embarks on a 112-kilometer race with a total of 250 meters of climbing per round, through Chambery le Vieux, Landiers-zone, Voglans, Sonnaz, and back.

For the U23 category, the team fields Lore De Schepper, Julia Kopecky, Jade Linthoudt, Fien Masure, and Noëlle Rüetschi.

For the younger U19 category, AG Insurance – Soudal has also prepared a strong lineup. The young talents Ella Heremans, Fee Knaven, Luca Vierstraete, Auke De Buysser, and Jente Koops will compete against the best in their age group.
