Letizia Borghesi seals third overall at the Eneco Tour

A strong week for the team ends with a third-place finish in the general classification and a fifth place in the final stage.

Letizia Borghesi rounded off a successful week at the Eneco Tour with third place in the general classification, capping off a strong performance that also included a memorable stage victory.

The Italian rider finished fifth in the final stage, bringing the race to a close on a positive note for the team. The day was not without its scares, however, as several of our riders were caught up in a major crash during the stage. Fortunately, they escaped without serious injuries, suffering only minor scrapes and bruises.

Despite the incident, the team can look back on a rewarding week of racing, highlighted by Borghesi’s stage win and her impressive podium finish in the overall standings.

Letizia Borghesi: “It was great to finish the season like this. We had a really good week together as a team, and I’m very happy to end the season on such a positive note, especially with yesterday’s victory. I see this as a starting point for something even bigger next season.”
