Medical update: Kim Le Court-Pienaar

AG Insurance - Soudal can confirm that Kim Le Court-Pienaar was involved in a crash during today’s Tour of Flanders, just ahead of the Koppenberg.

Following medical examinations, it has been confirmed that Kim sustained a fracture to her wrist, which will require surgery.

She will now be further treated at AZ Herentals, where the operation is scheduled to take place in one of the upcoming days. Kim will continue to be closely monitored and supported by the team’s medical staff throughout her recovery process.

The team would also like to express its sincere gratitude to all medical staff and first responders for the immediate care and support provided to Kim following the crash.
