Messane Bräutigam Claims Elite National Title in Omnium at German Track Championships

AG Insurance – Soudal U23 rider Messane Bräutigam crowned an outstanding performance by winning the German national title in the omnium at the elite level during the German Track Championships.

Despite still racing in the U23 category, Bräutigam proved her strength and consistency across the four omnium disciplines on the track, securing the national title with an 11-point advantage over her competitors.

The victory is a strong signal of her continued progression and development, something Messane herself highlighted after the race:

“I’m really happy with the result of course, but I’m especially proud to see my development. I felt how I was stronger than last year, even with less time to prepare for this event. It was a nice Christmas gift and I take the motivation it brings me to next year.”

The German Championships took place on Friday, where the fight for the elite omnium title unfolded in a highly competitive field. Bräutigam’s ability to control the race and score consistently across all events underlined her growing confidence on the track.
