Our riders unveil new jersey
The riders of AG Insurance – Soudal Quick-Step proudly revealed their brand-new jersey during the training camp in the Spanish town of Calpe.
Starting next year, the riders of The Wolfpack will compete under the name AG Insurance-Soudal. Clothing partner Castelli, in collaboration with designer Stijn Dossche, has carefully designed and produced the new jersey, with a focus on the signature blue.
Designer Stijn Dossche is happy to provide some additional explanation about the design: “The task was to work around green and nature, inspired by the team's desire to be more ecologically conscious. I chose various shades of blue to represent moving water, an essential element of nature. On the sleeves and side panels, there are flowers 'in motion', symbolizing that both the world and the team are in constant movement and evolution. These flowers, adapted to the colors of the team, have been modified to create a sense of motion, which forms one of the main elements of the design. Furthermore, I am very excited about the more playful lines between blue and white in the design, which deviates from the traditionally straight, tight lines. This playfulness really brings the 'water vibe' to life.”
The jersey features the logos of our trusted jersey sponsors: AG Insurance, Soudal, Safety Jogger, Janom, Specialized, Ekopak, and Castelli.
The cyclists had the privilege of wearing the jersey for the first time in Calpe and will proudly showcase it on the road and in the field throughout 2024.
