Ready for Dwars door Vlaanderen

On Wednesday, the Dwars door Vlaanderen is scheduled for the riders of AG Insurance - Soudal, who will take on a 129.9km course. The race features seven cobblestone sections and nine climbs on the outskirts of the Flemish Ardennes.

With iconic hills such as Berg Ten Houte, Côte de Trieu, and the Hotond on the horizon, the race is sure to provide spectacle. The challenging cobblestone sections, including the Mariaborrestraat and Huisepontweg, will test the peloton before the finale begins in and around Waregem. The closing local laps will be dominated by Nokereberg and the infamous stones of the Herlegemstraat, further intensifying the excitement. The race's climax will take place on the Verbindingsweg in Waregem.

The AG Insurance - Soudal team will send a powerful mix of elite riders and U23 riders to Dwars door Vlaanderen: Maaike Boogaard, Anya Louw, Justine Ghekiere, Julie Van de Velde, Julia Kopecky and Mirre Knaven - the last two joining from the U23 squad - are the six riders who will tackle this hard but beautiful race.
