This new phase in his career at AG Insurance - Soudal marks an important moment, where Stijn Steels will apply his experiences as a cyclist to strengthen the team's sporting framework and with this appointment, AG Insurance - Soudal reaffirms their commitment to attracting strong and knowledgeable leaders who contribute to the team's success both on and off the field.

"I was immediately convinced to join this ambitious project. With a motivated sponsor and a professional surrounding, AG Insurance - Soudal is determined to further develop the team and propel it to the top of professional cycling. I am extremely happy to be able to contribute to this development. Honestly, I did not expect to be active in the sport so quickly again, but the clear ambitions and the dynamics within the team convinced me to seize this opportunity. The fact that I had spent three wonderful years here previously and can now start in a familiar environment makes this step even more appealing. Moreover, it gives me great satisfaction to now, in a sportive leadership role, give something back to the sport that has given me so much. Together with my colleagues, I look forward to guiding the new generation of women cyclists and achieving success together," said an enthusiastic Stijn.
