Elise takes care of the team’s logistical support, from travel planning to organizing accommodations and meals. She also manages the Castelli racewear, tailoring it to the riders’ preferences and needs. Elise’s main goal is to ensure that travel days run as smoothly and stress-free as possible. No detail is too small—she goes above and beyond to help the team perform at its best!
With experience in a start-up and as a sous chef during races like the Volta a Catalunya and the Dauphiné, Elise has honed her organizational skills. Having grown up by the sea, she spent her summer jobs working on and around the beach. In her free time, she enjoys playing padel.
