Fien Delbaere, sport director at AG Insurance - Soudal, hails from Gent and lives and breathes cycling. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare management & policy and until recently, was still competing as a professional cyclist. Previously, she worked as a sports technical officer at Cycling Vlaanderen, where she focused on promoting women’s cycling. With her passion for the sport and sharp insights, she is determined to inspire the team and strive for victories together.
