Stijn Steels has been a sports director at AG Insurance - Soudal since 2024 and is now starting his second year in this role. After an active career as a professional cyclist, including three years with Soudal Quick-Step, Stijn brings a wealth of experience to the team. He earned a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from the Gent University, where he studied alongside sports director Jolien D’hoore. Together with Jolien, Fien Delbaere, and Dani Christmas, Stijn is dedicated to leading the team to success. A familiar face in cycling—now in the driver’s seat!
