Meet Our U23 Talents for 2025!

At AG Insurance – Soudal, we have a team of young, ambitious riders ready to make their mark on the 2025 cycling season. From experienced podium finishers to promising all-rounders, each of them brings unique qualities to the peloton. We’re proud to introduce our U23 riders, who will take the next step in their careers with us.

Messane Brautigam

Messane is a dynamic rider and alreadt a  track star. She’s a Junior World Champion in the elimination race and is known for her speed and tactical insight. As a regular podium finisher in various junior championships, she’s proven her versatility across multiple cycling disciplines. In 2025, Messane aims to use her track experience to make an impact in road races.

Anna Bruneel

Anna is a promising rider who already made a name for herself by winning races in her first year at the elite level. With her strong endurance on flat and rolling terrain, she excels in breakaways and long solo efforts, showing maturity beyond her years. In 2025, Anna will focus on building on her early success, aiming for strong results and establishing her name in the peloton.

Billy Goossens

Billy, younger sister of Marthe, brings impressive speed and power to our team, thanks to her background in BMX. She’s a huge talent with lots of potential! In 2025, Billy will leverage her explosive power to play a key role in sprints and fast finishes, while she continues developing her race skills.

Helena Jones

Helena is relatively new to cycling but has already shown potential with rapid progression during the 2024 season. In 2025, Helena will push her limits and gain experience, challenging herself to discover what she’s capable of. Her journey is exciting to follow, and we look forward to her growth within the team.

Nina Lavenu

Nina Lavenu is a talented rider focusing on the classics for the 2025 season. Her skills in technical, one-day races allow her to shine, especially on cobbles and rough terrains. This year, Nina aims to make a name for herself in races that play to her strengths, and with her bike-handling skills, she’s more than ready.

Jade Linthoudt

Jade has been a valuable team member for several years. She’s a reliable teammate who always gives her all for the team. Her dedication is impressive: alongside her racing career, Jade is also studying medicine. Her ability to compete at a high level while pursuing her dream of becoming a doctor shows her determination and resilience.

 

 

 

Margot Marasco

Margot enters her third year with us in 2025, having proven herself as an excellent team player. With her outstanding technical skills, she navigates challenging courses with confidence. This year, Margot will use her experience to guide her teammates and make the team even stronger.

Fien Masure

Fien has been with the team for four years, overcoming various challenges and bad luck along the way. Her perseverance and resilience continue to shine through. In 2025, we’re fully committed to supporting Fien as she aims to regain her form and show her best self.

Tess Moerman

Tess is a versatile rider and a rising star in Belgium. She joined the team in August 2024 and excels in tough races and hilly terrains. She’s a true team player who fully commits to supporting our leader. This season, we want to give Tess the opportunity to go for her own results and show her strength.

Amandine Muller

Amandine is a talented climber with the ability to tackle challenging courses. In the upcoming season, she will refine her climbing skills and aim for high GC placements in stage races. With the guidance of our WorldTour riders, she’ll develop in a supportive environment.

Emma Siegers

Emma has excellent endurance and thrives on challenging, hilly terrain. In the 2025 season, her skill in handling tough courses makes her a valuable asset in races with significant climbing. Emma is aiming for an impressive season where she can showcase her passion for these demanding terrains.

Marith Vanhove

Marith is a talented Belgian sprinter known for her impressive speed in fast finishes. This season, she’ll continue to refine her timing and positioning to compete for top spots in sprints. With full team support, Marith is ready to go for podium finishes, making her a strong asset to the team.

Luca Vierstraete

Luca is a time trial specialist and a fierce competitor against the clock. In 2025, she aims to further sharpen her time trial skills, proving her talent in this discipline. Luca will also play a crucial role in supporting her teammates during key moments in races, especially on the flats.
